To support the growing need for off campus outpatient imaging in the Augusta, GA market, AU Health has partnered with Nashville based Outpatient Imaging Affiliates to develop and operate AU Health’s first free standing outpatient imaging center. AU Health was faced with several challenges including payor steerage, long wait times on campus and competitive pressure. Partnering with OIA will give AU Health access to OIA’s operations and marketing expertise providing the best service possible to AU Health physicians and patients.
