Outpatient Imaging Affiliates acquired today a minority interest in both Vanderbilt Imaging Services, LLC (VIS) and New Light Imaging LLC (NLI), the management company for VIS. As part of the transaction, OIA also contributed its previously wholly owned imaging center, Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Nashville, which will now also be managed by New Light Imaging.
