He earned his BBA from St. Mary’s University in Texas.
OIA is confident that Kerr’s wealth of experience and strategic financial acumen will contribute significantly to the organization’s continued growth and success.
Amy Stout, President of OIA, expressed enthusiasm for the new addition to the leadership team, stating, “We are elated to welcome Andrew to the team. Michelle Pickering: Chief Experience Officer
Joining OIA in the newly created role of Chief Experience Officer is Michelle Pickering. Prior to her role with OIA, she served as CEO at Paradigm Health and as COO of Hospice at The Cranemere Group. She earned her BA from University of California, Los Angeles.
In her role, she will establish and lead the Experience Division, aiming to enhance the focus on the varied audiences that OIA serves, including patients, referring physicians, radiologists, hospital partners, and employees. The vision involves cultivating stronger and more enduring relationships, both internally and externally, through a heightened emphasis on the overall experience. She will immediately assume oversight of the Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting teams, while building the broader function over the years to come.
